Stu has been involved in the CrossFit community since 2013! He spent around a year and a half doing personal training until he got his L1 in 2015. Later in 2015 he decided to take the plunge and open CrossFit Enapay. Since then he has continued his education by attending the Aerobic Capacity course in 2017 and CF-L2 in 2018. He is a man of few words but when he speaks it is full of value.

Amber has been using the CrossFit methodology since 2014. Once Stu decided to open Enapay in the fall of 2015, she got her CF-L1 in the spring of 2016. Since then she has also gotten her Olympic Weightlifting certification and Precision Nutrition L1. Amber truly enjoys helping people perfect their Olympic lifts and the nutrition plan meant for them.
My name is Israel Temple. I’ve been married for 25 years and father to 3 daughters and my first grandson on the way, at the time of this bio. I’ve been involved with CrossFit since 2015, coaching since 2018 with Stu and Amber at CrossFit Enapay. I’ve always been interested and involved with fitness and coaching sports, but didn’t find the perfect match until I started CrossFit. I approach coaching with a casual, fun attitude with serious goals in mind. I really believe in making this, “the best hour of our day”.
I’m married with 2 kids. I’ve been in CrossFit since 2017. Coaching since October of 2019. CrossFit has personally changed my life. I’ve lost weight and sickness and have gained a healthy lifestyle. Perhaps best of all, I have a community of friends at CrossFit Enapay to share in fitness with but also anything else that might come my way. My desire would be to help others navigate their fitness journey and be a positive influence so that they might improve their overall health and well being.
Hellooooo! My name is Amber. I was lucky enough to start CrossFit when I was 16 years old, and have only become more passionate about it since then. In July of 2020, I got my CF-L1. Since then I’ve had the best time coaching and pushing people to be their best. I hope to continue to make a positive difference in peoples lives, just one workout at a time!
