200 air squats
50 strict pull-ups
In teams of 2, 1 partner working at a time. Divide the reps as needed.
While 1 partner is doing DUs, the other must maintain 500m pace rowing (2:00, 2:15). Every time parter drops below pace, you must switch places.
While 1 partner is squatting, the other must hold a squat in the bottom position. You must switch every break of the squat hold.
While 1 partner is doing push-ups, the other must hold at the top of their push-up position. You must switch every time there is a break from the static hold.
While 1 partner is doing pull-ups, the other must hang from the bar. You must switch with every break from the static hold.
You have the option to Rx+ by wearing a weighted vest or body armor weighing at least 20 lbs.
